Bad Idea:

Asking inane questions in an unidentifiable fake accent during Professional Responsibility.

Worse idea: Admitting that said question was a "bet to ask a question in an Arnold Schwarzenegger voice."

Worst idea ever: Being snide when the professor points out that might be slightly less than professional.

Sometimes, I seriously question whether some of my classmates should ever be allowed to have clients. Ever. Is there a section of the Bar Exam that assesses idiocy?

I have to admit to being snide to a professor yesterday. But she deserved it; she kept asking the same question and I would give what I thought was a pretty straightforward answer. It was a stupid question: basically, "what did we talk about in class last time?" She does this for 15 minutes each day. Maddening. Anyway. After about 3 times through this routine I just said "I'm really not sure what you're looking for." She then proceeded to say exactly what I had said, but with different words.

But I didn't use an Ahnold voice. Maybe next time I will. I really can't stand this professor.
