So this weekend while the mother is visiting, we have two goals. One, eat yummy Boston food and do fun city things. Two, buy Emma a suit. I am officially a law school tool already, and it's only the first month!

*In common law, adverse possession is the process by which title to another's real property is acquired without compensation, by, as the name suggests, holding the property in a manner that conflicts with the true owner's rights for a specified period of time. Emma -- I'll email the latest survey. You will note that:
a) the actual boundaries are clearly marked with metal stakes.
b) the errant fence crosses the line and actually leaves more of the neighbor's land on our side of the fence than it encloses of our land in theirs, leaving us in the advantageous position.
Hey! Rob is working on something like this right now, so I have to throw in my two cents: apparently the time frame for adverse possession differs from state to state. Maybe the time in WV isn't up yet?
